We ordered a stockpot from this website on Nov 26,2010 and received a confirmation right away and our account was charged right away. The money was taken from our account the next day. Shipping charges/times indicated we would have the product within 10 days. The product has not been received and we have not received a notice that it has been shipped. I have left at least 3 phone messages and an email with no response at all. Now looking at the reviews I see others have had similar problems. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
