I too placed an order an got the order confirmation, and then nothing. They don't answer email or phone calls. There costumer service you have to leave a message. There doesn't seem to be anyone at this so called company.

I placed an order with this store on 4/24/2010. I received an immediate order confirmation. Then I didn't receive anything until 5/5/2010 when they sent an email that my order had supposedly shipped. I never received anything until today (6/6/2010). When I advised them of the possible loss of the shipment on 5/17/2010, I received a standardized reply they would get in touch. They never did. Whenever I called I never got anyone to answer the phone in person and nobody returned the call. Google Maps actually provides a photo of their business location: It's a residential building in a not-so-good part of town, no business signs - nothing! Since the company officially plays dead but has charged my credit card for the order, I have reported them to both the Better Business Bureau and the FTC. The BBB already had multiple complaints against this company. I also informed my credit card-issuing bank of the company's fraudulent practices and fortunately got my money back based on the bank's policy. DO NOT ORDER FROM ABODE1.COM! Based on my experience, I am convinced that they are not a legitimate business!
