This was a total sham the minute we hit "order" never got a confirmation, never got email communicating when our item would be here or that they even received order. Debited my account immediately but still no communication! When i FINALLY located at number/email i did... crap responses thru email, never got thru to phone number... item finally came NOTHING like what we ordered... not even usable. They quit emailing me back once i said i wanted my money refunded. TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE ordering. Waste of 80.00. Don't ever order... say they are in US... but shipping was from china.

supposed to be pirate boots for costume, but they were NOT...they were groin high, stupid boots that wasn't what we even ordered
I ordered in march also, and i think i was charged a service charge on top of all my other stuff... not real impressed with that, so we will see what happens this time.
