Where to begin? My main issue with ThirdLove is that they list a 60 Day Fit Guarantee under all of their bras, even ones that are supposedly final sale! This is incredibly misleading. I bought a bra from the site because I read the information about free returns & exchanges within 60 days. But when I tried returning the bra, I was told that the item was final sale. When I explained to the customer service team that I was unsatisfied with the bra and that I was misled by the site's description, they still refused to provide a refund, exchange, or anything to make up for the deception. They claimed that the item was listed as final sale in the cart and after a size was selected. However, it truly does not matter that other areas listed the item as final sale when the product page itself promises a 60 Day Guarantee. That's just plain unethical and shady! It's so disappointing that ThirdLove fails to take responsibility for this action or even change the layout of their site to avoid this happening to other consumers. This to me shows that ThirdLove isn't interested in standing by their products or even ensuring a pleasant customer experience. (They're also problematic in other ways; check out the Vox article titled, "ThirdLove says it's by women, for women. But women who've worked there disagree.").
