Super slow, took them 2 days to scan the parcel - and then another 2 days to process it.
They incorrectly classified one item, so now waiting 3 days for them to correct this, as customs will not accept the classification they used (which is wrong).
I dread to think how much longer it will take, then they actually have to ship it to me.
All of this while on a premium trial - definitely will not be renewing or using them again.
