The experience on this site isw great, getting bufgets for shpppimg good, but unfortunally Ihave a problem whit shiiping deparment, they sent my order to a difrente address and name they dont helping at all to recover my order, Carolinas said if I want that I nave3 to dealing whit Fedex on my own, its this true? Is not YOUR resposability and good costumer service responsabilities whit usa as costumer to make sure we atre 100% satisfiy at this point somebody MUST to take resposability and fix this matter NO ME, I dont want any money refound or extra apreciattion bomnus I want my deep fried unit thw order number is ******* and Fedex track is ************** I reallky apreciate all help yyou can provide until I get my unit.
