Order ******* still not been dispatched, should have been on or close to 21st April. For a birthday on 26th. It hadn't even been started a couple of days ago! Too late for birthday now. Really upset with service and lack of customer service in telling me when this will arrive! Not replying to emails or request for refund. I will have to go via my bank to claim money back.
