Received glasses after waiting 2 weeks. They sent me someone else's prescription. Nothing remotely close to what I ordered. Contacting them is very difficult. Told they would not start to send me the correct glasses until they received the bad ones back which meant waiting at least another 3 weeks. I emailed and called. Told they would start manufacturing right away and express ship. Another lie! The worst experience ever. If they would not have lied to me I would have cancelled the order and ordered from someone else. But o believed their lies. Don't waste your time! They all lie and make promises they don't keep. Not to mention you don't even get the right glasses in the first place. I'm irate with this company!

We have reviewed your order and it appears that you had entered the incorrect prescription when placing your order. The cylinder values for both the left and right eye were entered with (+) values instead of (-) negative as written on your eye doctor's prescription that had you had attached to the returns form.
