My sister Maria from Denmark wanted a free sample and she was charged on 7th January of 2014, $4.99 and later January 24, $74 and never received a sample. Of course she sent the sample to my address here in USA in Toledo. She did not even finish her order she actually changed her mind. So how it did happen? We called the number 1.800.436.092 and are no longer in service. She will call her bank hopefully she will receive the money back. Does anyone know how to find out about the people behind Instaflex website or does anyone know another phone number?
