Not much discount for regular and long term customers
Get informed the parcel was sent out on 7 Jan but until this moment, 17 Jan, still not yet received.
Hi Mr. Tse:
Order 7277 was placed on January 6th and shipped out on the SAME DAY from our California location to Hong Kong.
Tracking information shows it arrived in Hong Kong on January Saturday Friday 14th. We have resent your tracking number to your email so you can follow up with your local postal service. There have been severe rainstorms in California over the past 2 weeks leading to flight delays.
Please understand once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over delays due to weather, flight cancellations, custom, or local delivery factors.
Thank you for your understanding that the shipping delay is due to external factors. Please choose the expedited delivery option should it be required.
