I just returned this product having recently purchased it and was so disappointed. For one, it is like water, even after shaking container, which is so small. There is barely anything in it to even brush on in your brows. I expected more firctge exuberant price. I bought 2 containers and even that wasn't significant since they are so small. I never opened the second as when I did the first, when I shook it it sound like just a little bit of liquid was in it. Don't waste your money.

Quick comment on formula viscosity. It's much thicker than water. If it were water, it would drip when applied to the lashes and brows and you defiantly don't want that. As for the container size. Not sure what to say there. We provide 3mL of serum in a container that has enough space to accommodate the displacement once the wand/applicator is plunged inside. The internal and external volume of these tubes is substantial. Not sure if you've ever purchased a liquid eyeliner? If so, it may be worth revisiting the visual compared to a beefed, up, double walled lip gloss.
