I ordered two pair of the same shoes online - in different colours. After waiting more than a month and not even receiving notification to say they had been shipped; I contacted just fashion now to see where the parcel was at. A generic response was replied. A week later I followed up, again getting another generic response. Not being happy with this I email back asking to cancel my order as it had been six weeks since placing it and no one could bother to contact me. Someone then said my order had been dispatched but was unable to give me details. Later that day a delivery email somehow appeared saying it had been dispatched that day. The parcel arrived two weeks later with boots the same size. One pair fit perfectly - the Other about a size and a half top big. The brown pair I ordered was also nothing like the colour I ordered in the picture. After making contact with just fashion now regarding exchanging the pair of boots that were too big, I was pushed away by them to consider keeping them due to lengthy' wait times doing this and offered a small % of store credit or small partial refund. And left with boots that were too big. Would not recommend shopping with them AT ALL.
