I ordered a baby bouncy seat. It took a month to receive part of it, no base to the seat, no battery cover, no seat cover and in a box not remotely close to the description of the item. They then sent the seat cover, still with no base, rendering the item useless, and no battery cover, now a month and a week after ordering. Fortunately, I paid using Paypal, and I filed a claim. I won the claim and will receive a refund, but I now have to pay the shipping cost to send the item back.
