They don't seem to stock anything - everything seems to be via third parties/other stores, including shipping the item. And if they ship you the wrong item you have to pay for it's return shipping, plus they will not refund the original shipping costs even if they made the error - customer service can't be reached by phone - stay away from them - worst internet store out there - Yahoo should shut them down or stop supporting them.
Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. They are a middle man. They buy from other sites and then charge you a markup ($30 in my case). Item I received was a cheap generic, not the name brand they advertised. I did receive a refund on the purchase price but not the shipping. Plus I was out the cost to ship it back. Buyers beware!
I purchased an Evacu - chute from these people recently, for $835.00. By the picture online, they show what appears to be a brand new chute already packed. What I received was a used parachute unprofessionally stuffed in a plastic garbage bag, mailed in a diaper box, with no receipt or instructions on how to pack it the chute properly. I contacted them and was given a youtube video to watch, which not only goes far too fast, but isn't complete, either. I disputed the charge, requesting they rectify this situation, and then I would drop the dispute. I get in return e-mails of legal threats from them. Watch what you buy from this website. I am disgusted.
Read the print carefully. Do not trust pictures they post of their products. You won't get the same thing they show on their web site. They will not give refunds if you are not satisfied with the product. They also won't give you store credit or a discount if you are not happy with a purchase. I WAY overpaid for a very low-quality product. I will not buy from them again.
I ordered a baby bouncy seat. It took a month to receive part of it, no base to the seat, no battery cover, no seat cover and in a box not remotely close to the description of the item. They then sent the seat cover, still with no base, rendering the item useless, and no battery cover, now a month and a week after ordering. Fortunately, I paid using Paypal, and I filed a claim. I won the claim and will receive a refund, but I now have to pay the shipping cost to send the item back.
I had the same experience as Paul S. They sent the wrong item--a cheaper one of course--and would not refund any shipping costs. It's a bait and switch company.
Had an item listed for $100. I ordered it. They changed the price on the website, and cancelled my order a week after it was placed. No way to contact. BEWARE
I bought and paid for a trampoline in May, 2020. Novas is nothing but a scam. They sent three different tracking numbers claiming the order was sent by USPS, twice, then gave a UPS number. The UPS tracking number was a scam as it shows shipped but UPS had no idea about the shipment.
Called Novas numerous times only for the $#*! to hangup on me. Same woman each time who can barely speak English. They lastly tell you to read their cancellation policy which is written so that you can not get a refund.
I have notified Better Business Bureau for what ever that is worth. I am out $400 and the scamming NOVAS sent nothing. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY
SCAM SITE. They have no products, they just order from amazon.com w/price hike and have shipped to you as a 'gift'. They send you the wrong item, won't refund astronomical shipping charges and when you do send it back to them, they claim everything wasn't shipped back and charge you again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I order a New Roady XT with home and car kit and received one with just a car kit. Finally got in touch with them after four days, and they had me fill out a return form and wanted me to pay shipping for return. Got them to e-mail me a pre-paid upc code ans sent radio back to them. Got second package back from them and only got the USED radio with 2 home kits and no car kit this time. After going back and forth with "Galaxie" via e-mails about not getting anywhere this is the last e-mail I got from this worthless company.

Not once did I mention a thing about a restocking fee in any of my e-mails and now they want reply to any of my e-mails.

I emailed, paid for shipping and they mailed me a new screen saver. So excited to get my new screen saver and use it immediately!
