I called today to get a quote for internet in a mountain home. I was given a quote. We set up time for installation. He took my personal information including a credit card, then asks if he can put me on hold. He came back on and said we didn't qualify for the deal and that the price would be $30.00 more per month and installation would be $100.00.
I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold. He came ack after5 minutes and said there was not a manager available, there should always be a manager available! I waited 5 more minutes, he came back on with the same answer.
After 50 total minutes in the line, from beginning to finish I ended the call. I looked up the company complaints and was blown away at how bad this company is and thank my lucky stars for not signa 2 year contract!
