I received one order of two (both paid for immediantly). The package received had one necklace and one pair of earrings (?). One of the earrings of the pair had a missing post Sivan not be put into my ear. I reached out to the company who did respond but then denied my order number or even my name or email as being registered. This is the second time in many orders something similar has happened. I wonder if I'll get my other ordered product as they deny I exist. It is too bad, I like their product but will have to cease dealing with them. So I'm out money and product after being told basically I don't exist.
