I ordered refrigerated items and they arrived warm. I was told by customer service that it was my responsibility to refrain from ordering when it is warm in my region. They ask for customer feedback so that they can be better but are not willing to stand by their product or their shipping or their customer service response time. Will NOT order from them again.

Tip for consumers:
They do not refund when items arrived spoiled. They blame it on the customer for ordering items that will spoil or ordering when the weather is warm. I guess I should control the weather when I place my order. They take not responsibility for the way they package the orders to ship.
