Juan started out taking pictures and sending me before and after shots. Then one day I got a message stating he missed the cut and to please give him a good review and he would get it the next day. Then nothing, that was in April or May. I live out of town so I can only trust the service providers word. He stopped sending pictures and clearly stopped cutting but I have spent hundreds of dollars because they keep drafting the money and told me I only have 5 days to dispute. How can I dispute if I live out of town. This is all a scam! Shame on you Juan, Ryan and the whole of Lawn Starter. I am 80 years old!
