After calling and checking on the order i fanally contacted them for refund. The sent an email asking me for my banking info in order to send it. SCAM!
I replied that they had enough info to send it via zelle or paypal. I think I will be writing off that $50. I think the whole thing is a giant scam and based on the reviews of people who actually got the product they send out just enough crap to appear legit. Too bad since the idea and design of the product is what I've been looking for. Maybe a legi company will make the improvements needed and really sell it.

We understand that as of posting here, you have yet to receive your order after a very long time - and when you tried reaching out to us for a refund, you were not satisfied with the assistance that you received. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you, and we apologize for the inconvenience!
We must admit that we have had issues with shipping in the past year. We have found better transportation solutions, and we have been seeing some improvements in this department.
Usually, when a customer immediately reaches out to us regarding an order they have not yet received, we could find a fitting solution for their order, such as a regular reship or refund.
However, there is only a certain period of time where we can offer our regular options, and we usually expect our customers to have already contacted us within that timeframe if they haven't received their order yet.
In your case, since by the time you contacted us, it has been 11 months since you placed your order and the initial payment has been processed, we would no longer be able to refund your money using the original payment method. As much as we would have loved to make things easier for you, all financial institutions have this limitation - they don't allow a refund to be processed once a certain amount of time has passed since the initial payment.
Therefore, as you have mentioned in your review, you were asked for your bank details. This is because the only way we can send you back your money is through a bank account transfer.
