They replaced the lenses in a pair of my glasses but put the bifocal line too high so it interferes with my distance vision. I have tried to contact the to have the redo this mistake. Tried their online chat, sent an email to customer service, and called multiple times. No one is ever available to speak by phone and I never get a return email. I can't use the glasses they sent and the company won't respond. Non existent customer service.
