So we have been working with SetMySite for over a year now and we are thrilled to recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality professional website service. Our old site was so outdated we had to build a brand new one and the crew at SMS worked very hard to give us a beautiful new online image and eCommerce program. We had a lot of details we wanted and they worked long hours to get us there. Specifically we love the pricing structure (we had been paying SO much more previously for much less) and responsiveness when it comes to support. You won't be disappointed with them!

Total fraud: I read what later realized was a fake article and tried to get some more information by clicking on a link. Thought I was ordering $5 samples instead got three shipments of different products and the "company" charged my credit card multiple amounts. When I called them to cancel they insisted that I had agreed to regular monthly orders and automatic billing. They refunded me one of the charges but not the other two and now have charged me again despite putting a fraud block on my card. DO NOT enter your credit card number for this scam, now I have to fight through my credit card company to get my money back.

At first I was very happy with Shoebuy.com. They had sizes that are hard to find and my order was shipped quickly and accurately. Unfortunately three of the four pairs I ordered were WAY too big and I was unable to wear them. I was aware of their return policy and happy to pay the re-stocking fee for the convenience of not having to travel to stores to find these shoes. We live in a very rural area, at least 1 hour from any major brand name stores. I was shocked when I only received two of the three refunds and was told when I called that the third pair had been rejected for return because the shoes had been worn! I carefully explained that it was impossible for me to have worn the shoes as they were WAY too big. Of course I tried them on but never even left the bedroom. So sorry but cannot recommend them as I thought I would be able to do, they do not stand up to their policies, buyer beware!

I ordered four tops/jackets and they all had to be returned because the sizes are at least 1/2 of what we would consider normal here in the US. their One Size Fits All is like an American size 6! The XXL top I ordered fit except the arms were super tiny, like for a child. The fabric quality and sewing was very poor, the fleece jacket was the thinnest and cheapest fleece I had ever seen, seemed like it would just fall apart if it was laundered. Hopefully 60% of purchase price will be returned as they have told me!
