Anytime I contact their customer service, I was always being treated well. And they do have interesting designs and good quality products. What more can you ask?

When you tried to return the items you purchased in the store, their system was only willing to give half of your money and insisted that other half would be paid in merchandise card. Their sale manager made you wait for about 45 minutes, then saying you were causing trouble for them. How lovely! Don't shop there if you don't want this to be your experience. I returned the couple thousands dollars merchandise I purchased. Don't see any reason my money should contribute to their profits.
