I ordered a blouse and was very pleased with the price and quality so I ordered again. I was hoping to have the items in time for a trip. It took FOREVER for NewChic to let me know that the item was no longer available. So foolish me, placed another order. Quality was poor and the cost of return made it almost pointless to send anything back. 6 weeks later I wrote to ask about my refund and was told that I had not followed the process correctly so, no refund. In sum, I regret ever having ordered from these people.
