We ordered a pair of glasses for my husband that were metal frames with a brown coating. The coating began to peal off after not even 5 months. Zenni would not offer any warrant for frames. They said you only have 30 days to return anything and even then its a 50% credit. Not impressed that the frames are not under warranty. I guess you get what you pay for.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the brown coating coming off your husband’s full-rim, rectangular, titanium, brown frame 139015, with a frame width of 139 millimeters. We were sorry to learn that the brown coating is coming off the frame, and we apologize for any dissatisfaction you and your husband experienced as a result. We want to confirm that our frames have a 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, during which, if any issue arises with the frame, we can send you a replacement frame for free. However, insofar as this order was placed on October 17,2021, and it was delivered to you on October 28,2021, we regret that the order is considerably outside its 30-day warranty period. Nevertheless, you may order a replacement frame 139015, with nonprescription lenses, and when you receive this frame, you may remove the nonprescription lenses from this frame, and remove the prescription lenses from the original frame 139015 and insert them in the rims of the new replacement frame. We hope that this information is helpful. In addition, if you would like a customer service representative to talk you through the lens-replacement process when you are ready to swap the lenses from the original frame into the new one, please telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you. Moreover, we want to recommend that when you are not wearing the glasses you keep them in the protective case that came with the glasses, and we want to confirm that we do not recommend leaving the glasses on a car’s dashboard, where the sunlight can cause the coating to fade or peel. We hope that this will resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
