“Spent thousands of dollars on Elfa Closets- mistake”

Purchased 3 elfa closets
Metal parts for drawers move based on a small bead. The bead falls off and drawers fall apart. Replaced multiple times
Metal bars holding up shelves bend and do not work
Reinstallation is over $400 which is based on current price.
Overall product is inferior and Container Store service has not been helpful.
