The first thing I love about ILKB is the amazing instructors and their down to earth way. I look forward to coming to class everyday- sometimes twice a day. The second thing is the community, the ladies and a few men in the group. You always have somebody who has your back- to help you, to cheer you on, and keep you motivated.
So joining ILKB has been one of the best decisions that I've made and the best thing I've done for myself. I can't imagine my life without this ILKB fitfam. It's amazing!
