I have been with realtor.com for many years. I was also told that bad leads would be replaced with good ones. This went on for years the last time I complained to them that I was getting bogus leads and ask for them to be replaced I was told that they don't do that, but over the year I'd receive enough leads to make up for it. I've also been double-billed several times and it took many months to get my overpayment straightened out. I was also told there was a limited amount of age of the sharing a zip code with me. Potential buyers I had called upon had told me that four or five agents had called them after I had spoken with them they assume the other people were on my team. It's disappointing to find that Nar is realtor.com, same people who are supposed to representing us is also hurting us? Crazy
