I ordered filters on Sept 24th. They made a fexex label the next day. 9 days later, fexex still hadn't received my order. I chatted with a rep. They said my order was, 'Stuck,' in the warehouse. I said to cancel and refund my money. They said they needed 5 business days to refund. It's been 2 weeks. I chatted again this am. One rep closed the chat. The next told me they needed another 2 weeks for a refund and closed the chat. I'm sick of the run around, so I put in for a refund with my credit card company. Seems super sketchy. I will never order again.
