Operator was polit. But I felt taken advantage of after I found out from an IRS employee that I could have gotten this FREE but wasn't given a choice. Yes I understand it is a business and you are out for the almighty dollar, but $99.00 for something that is free is a little far fetched. I wouldn't be so bothered about this had I been given a return phone call after I had called and left 3 messages. No return call, no email, no acknowledgment at all. Very very disheartening. I have my EI N but I had to call BBB and a few other people to make sure I wasn't being dooped. I am currently headed to my bank to make sure this company does not have any access to my bank account to wipe me out. I would not feel this way had someone in the company been decent enough to return a phone call or send an email. My rating would have been so much higher had more contact had been made after you state if there are any questions or if I have any problems to please call the company, obviously this is just read from a script and printed on your site to take up space and time.
