We ordered a matching corsage and boutonniere for my son's prom and paid extra to insure it would arrive before 1 pm. The corsage showed up seconds before my son left to pick up his date. It was not what he chose and was quite beaten up. The boutonniere never showed up. Customer service said they would "punish" the florist, which doesn't help anyone. Created enormous stress and in the end, we didn't get what we paid for and didn't get the boutonniere at all.

These people contacted my mother to "fix" her computer, and ended up taking $500 from her checking account and $499.99 from her credit card. There is no customer service, no billing--the only person you talk to is "Carole Watson" who admits she works in India. They are listed as being from Schaumberg, IL, but they only have a Post Office Box and a call center in India. "Carole" eventually connected me with "Mac Davis" who cried he would lose his job if he had to issue a refund. He had gathered a stunning amount of information from my mother, who is old and not tech savvy. He really abused her trust. I could not get a refund. "They'll just use you and they'll set you free." Scammers of the first order.
