I had an online order and the clothes arrived smelling awful. These items were not refundable. I contacted the company and I was told the odor is common and MAY fade as time goes on. What? Unacceptable! Then I didn't receive any of my points and their answer was that I must not have logged into the club accurately. They know it's me because it's my name and all my personal info and they would not honor my points. So apparently Lilly doesn't care about it's customers.
