I HAVE SENT 3 REQUEST FOR HELP WITH MY SHIPMENT FOR MY WEDDING. SHOES I HAVE PAID FOR BUT GOT NO SHIPPING DETAILS. BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND NO DETAILS. I HAVE EMAILED THEM THREE TIMES AND THEY WILL NOT HELP ME OR REPLY! VERY POOR SERVICE! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGIAN AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS WHO SO BUSNIESS WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY THAT THEY USE TO NOT USE THIS AS AWAY OF GETTING ITEMS.
THEY ASK ON HERE FOR A ID # NEVER GAVE ME ONE!
