We purchased an $1,100 outdoor heater from frontgate, and the process has been frustrating from start to finish. We had delivery issues with no updates or call to tell us the delivery wasn't going to happen when initially scheduled. We finally got the product with missing assembly tools and the quality was so poor, nothing lined up to assemble the product.

Tip for consumers:
I would not purchase from this company. You will be frustrated throughout every part of the customer journey.
