I placed an order on June 25th. Three days later (June 28th) I got the email saying my glasses were sent to production. From there is would take about three days to to make them, and up to forty eight hours for quality assurance. So we will say about a week (eight days) until I receive an email saying they have shipped.

Two an a half weeks later on July 14th, having heard nothing from GlassesUSA, I called them. I was told that the antifog coating I orderd on my glasses was no longer available. Instead of contacting me to inform me of this and to see what could be done, I was completely ignored. If I had not contacted them to find out what had happened to my order, it would have just sat there presumably, forever.

I was told the cost of the Anti Fog coating and the Expedited shipping I paid for would be refunded, and that my glasses would be sent to production. On July 16th (two days after I contacted glassesUSA) I get the email stating my glasses had been sent to production.

On July 23rd, I once again contacted GlassesUSA to check on my order. I was told that the anti fog coating had been refunded, and that my glasses had been sent to production on July 20th. This is 6 days after I contacted them, and 4 days after they sent the email saying they were sent to production.

On August 2nd, my glasses were finally delivered. I thought they were great, they look good, they fit great, they don't have the transitions lenses I ordered. We are in the middle of a global pandemic so I have not been going outside much. On August 5th I went to the store and I noticed that my lenses didn't darken. Now the glass in my car is polarized, so the UV rays needed to darken my lenses didn't get through. When I got home I stood in my yard at around 1pm for 15 minutes, and my lenses didn't darken at all.

At this point they told me it would take about 3 weeks to return fix and resend my glasses. I decided on a refund.

Included is a picture of my glasses outside on a bright sunny Texas day, clear as the blue sky. Not sure why it is sideways, my phone is dumb.
