I purchased two different orders for mother's day. The first was cancelled on the day it was supposed to be delivered because they do not deliver to that area( why didn't it say that when I ordered weeks prior?) The second order said it was delivered a day late but nothing ever arrived. I tried calling and several times the phone disconnected. I finally talked to someone and they had no idea what they were doing but said they would be delivered on Monday. Welp... They came and are not even close to what I ordered... What a joke. The pink flowers are what I ordered the red is what I got. I just wanted to send my mom something special. It makes me sad this is what they sent.

I ordered a custom size dress to avoid have to get alterations for my sister's wedding. I received the dress and it still needs to be altered! However shorten ing the straps is an easy fix but the huge grease stain on the front is my problem. I contacted jj's house and they said they will refund my 40% but will not exchange it because of the custom size. So not only do I have a dress I cannot wear but I have to buy a second dress for the wedding! I would never buy from a company that does not back up their product and customer satisfaction. It was their fault yet I am the one paying for it!
