MURRIETA store - BAD customer service especially the lady manager named April. I ordered an item online for curbside pick up. I decided to go to the store to do some more shopping before my online order is ready for pick up. I asked the lady manager if they have an electric skillet available in their store and her reply to me NO and that you have to order online until one of her staff heard us talking and went to the back of the store and brought me the merchandise. OMG... what kind of the manager she is? Or maybe she just lazy? I believe she is a RACIST... she made no apologies at all. On top of that, my online order was defected. I went back the next day for an exchange and the lady manager did not even acknowledge me. Neither look nor Hi to me... I should really stop spending my money in this store due to their DON'T CARE Attitude toward their customers.
