They charged me twice for a faucet (And denied doing so), sent the incorrect item (wrong finish, options, etc.), and then told me they do not accept returns, but if I sent an email with photos of the item, they might consider it. (This was done after being on hold for over 9 minutes.). Now I have the wrong faucet and have to waste time with my credit card company. I definitely do not recommend them.
