Very angry and disappointed. Will never use again. Ripped off. Charged me $20 to Mail which didn't show till after my card went thru. I also checked off cause of death. Which I did not recieve. Called immediately and would not cancel order. Cost me $44 for certificat and Mail. Now had to again order same certificate with cause showing for $15. Horrible customer service. That surprise $20 Mail fee should have shown 1st on subtotal. Filing complaint with BBB next.
