I ordered from this online seller on January 30,2021. They use 17Track as a service, but they are not responsible to the seller or buyer. The ring I ordered was overcharged, and as of March 4,2021, it has not been received due to their lack of response to my emails, or the emails they send to keep one waiting for their purchase. The bank has been contacted and the order is in dispute. The business was started a few months ago and they say they have wholesale sites throughout the world.
