Apparently the first Rx I sent was for glasses not contacts. WebEyeCare contacted my optometrist, but when they didn't receive an answer they sent contacts from my old expired Rx. Perhaps they could have called my optometrist (who told me they never received the inquiry). I had to get new contact Rx In person and upload it. Then it took a few weeks to get the new contacts. Apparently they were waiting for me to mail back the wrong ones ( which I did the very day I was told to). If I had known they were waiting on the return I would have told them to charge me for new ones and send them ASAP. They could have then refunded me when the old ones arrived. Miscommunication all around. WebEyeCare is normally not like this.
