I returned an item that did not fit on 11/20/2023 and had not yet seen a refund. Ashley W replied to my inquiry very quickly, expressed her apologies for the item not fitting, and asked for the tracking number on my return. I provided it and in no time she sent me an email stating that she issued a refund. I feel she is a great representative of MorningSave. Thank you, Ashley W.
