I purchased a product in Nov 2019. Although I had given the correct address the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. The parcel was tracked and returned to the supplier. In January, after 42 emails between Gogroupie and GroundForce (the supplier), Gogroupie agreed to a refund BUT although I had notified them immediately the parcel had gone astray they said that as so much time had elapsed, I was only entitled to credit. I protested but they wouldn't budge! Now the credit doesn't show up on my balance
