If there was an option to give a 0 then I would because giving them one star is too generous already! They scam and lie to you. If they change my review stars to a 5 then they are just fabricating this whole website. But literally had two ‘experts' for two different courses and assignments. These ‘experts' were apparently professors, etc, like when you ask one of the people who work for this, you get told not to worry about it since they are professors, etc and DON'T even show us their credentials! These so called ‘experts' had the audacity to submit my examination TWO HOURS LATE OF DEADLINE and get me a failing grade! I got 11/60 which is not even half way! The people who are ‘sales advisors' and just work here always say, I understand how you feel but you guys don't! I literally have to repeat this course (which will cost me more than I paid you guys (like 10 times more expensive) and you guys asked me for a refund through bank account transfer or the wallet to which you guys still proceeded to give me a refund through my wallet (and I told you guys to give it through bank transfer 3 TIMES!) Not to mention that you guys only refund 50% of the cost back! Not even a full refund! That site is a joke!

I paid someone to take a quiz for me on friday and they told the tutor was suppose to take it...

We have checked your case and approved a 100% bank refund. Below are the areas we would like to shed light at -
(1) The test was charged for 2hrs. However the amount of questions wasn't clear. Though we had a glimpse of 15 questions + MCQ from the sample. But across the world, Samples are mostly used to determine the quality of the content and don't aim at informing the quantity. So in a way, our expert was not aware that these are going to be 15 questions + MCQ which shall be completed within 2hrs. Time otherwise he would have been way more faster. In such conditions, you can always inform the expert to be faster as soon as you realize that he is keeping a slow pace.
(2) We were getting the questions one by one which also became the reason for slow speed.
(3) We are not too sure why you mentioned the sheet name as 'LAST QUESTION' in the last question you gave. The expert came under the impression that its the final question.
(4) During the re-submission chance, we tried our best but our expert simply gave up on it. We have many experts to attend such a task but its a matter of hard-luck that they had their hands full at that time. We made our best attempts to find another expert but we are sorry it couldn't help you. The results are not always the mirror of the attempts made during the course and we would urge you to believe that the attempts made by us was truly big though it couldn't make you back in the game.
We are sorry to know your result. The best that we can do is to refund you full in your bank. We are requesting the same and it shall be done within 7-10 working days or lesser. Having said that we understand that this refund cannot fill-in the shoes for grades, we would like to say sorry for the problem caused to you.
