When I got my mirror part of it was broken. I call the online order department they fist said to take pictures and email them and I did. It took about 3 days for respond from them. Lobby hobby online said they couldn't see my emails so I resent the pictures again so I waited another 2days but I decided to call them before the third day and they said they still did not receive my emails of the picture of the mirror broken but anyways I will never ever buy anything from lobby hobby online bad service they never gave me back my mirror they wanted me to send it back which I think it was OK to do but I had to pay for the return it's a mess be careful you guys buy things online from lobby hobby I think they did it on purpose so they don't send me my mirror instead they offered to give me a 10% of my broken mirror and I did not get my full refund

Tip for consumers:
That lobby hobby was going to make it hard to exchange or return I don’t they could’ve just told me to go to the store and exchange that would be more simple to do

My mirror is broken I glued the end that was broken but you can see the big cut not very happy
