We all know that the mail system during the holidays of 2020 has been struggling. I ordered a Christmas gift from Uncommon Goods on black Friday, and it got hopelessly lost in the mail. Customer support said if I didn't receive it by December 18th, they'd expedite shipping through a different carrier. I received the replacement item on December 19th, and I'm sure I'll get the original shipment sometime after the holidays.
