I ordered and purchased an iPhone on Feb 2,2020. After a lot of back and forth emails, Alex stated that they could not fulfill my order and would issue me a refund by June 24,2020.
On June 24, he stated that it was a holiday and that he would refund me right away on June 25th. It is now June 26th and I have received NO refund for the product.
I would have expected that if a company keeps your money for 5 months, the least they could do is refund you the full amount if you did not receive their product. Very disappointed in their business model. Will update IF I receive a refund from this company.
