I'm sorry to give you a 2 stars, but you failed on the delivery promise day, and those shoes were my wife birthdays gift.
I called twice in a different days. So the first representative told me that he is going to escalate the issue and then he will send me and email with an update but that never happened. So I called for second time and the representative told me that he sorry, but the system wasn’t working properly and because of that he tried to give me a 15% off in the next purchase, but I refused that, because that’s not enough for me. To be honest that was my first order with shoebacca and the experience wasn’t to good.
