I ordered a dress (and a number of other items) to wear for a wedding 2.5 weeks prior to the wedding. My order didn't come for over 3.5 weeks which was "express shipping" and when it finally came the dress looked NOTHING like it did on the website. This was not due to it not fitting properly, it was just completely different and did not look nice at all and looked like very cheap material and poor make. This was the same for all the items I bought. The customer service was very poor as they then made it very difficult for me to return the products, instead offering me a $5 coupon to use for my "next purchase" which will definitely not be happening as I wanted a refund for the over $100 I spent. There is also no section on the website or Facebook page for reviews or customer satisfaction ratings and now I can see why. Very disappointed with this company. I will definitely not shop with them again and would strongly discourage others to as well.
