As did come August 2017 I have to revaluate my opinion about banggood... sadly. I had a quite good experience till not - but now it's just terrible...
Got a non-working electronic part - did try to reach 1st to customer support with photos+description of problem. At beggining it was hard - but in end (few emails - few days passed) a Csupport person agree to resend me new item - with small extra fee - as item jumped in price - Was ok 4 me.
But then horror happen - next week diffrent person overtake case - and a avalanche of problems came. We cannot ship... (but i got it already agreed and even paid extras), then we can only refund hald, again emails exchange... an in end we can pay only half - it's been to long from purchase (item was waiting for it's build to come unopen - how can I know it's DOA...?
So excalated case to paypal - now have to wait to get my money from PP - as I pasted whole emails history, etc... shouldn't be a problem, but still

I would say - as highest VIP profile (= hundrets of $$ worth items already bought) I got feeling this company lost themself somewhere in how they expand:/
Too bad - was a really nice shop - now I advice to AVIOD - till they can sort things out.
