We missed our flight. Didn't get the flight change notice. They would not book us on a flight that would enable us to catch up with the rest of the booking. So we had to cancel all of the booking and rebook. At a cost to us because we didn't make the first flight. They would NOT take or share responsibility for the mess up. We did try to check in but we couldn't. Thought maybe because it was a flight that was affiliated with another airline. Spend 6 Hours trying to deal with them with No luck. There's No Customer Service. Very Unhappy with them.
